While the in-person DERTFest is happening in Brooklyn, our Bay Area friends are throwing a sister event the evening of DERTFest! Come hang out with Kristen Frick, Thomas Lee, and the rest of the Bay Area squad at The Double Standard in Oakland. The meetup starts at 6pm and Derapi has generously offered to sponsor drinks! In less local news, DER Task Force is truly Mr. Worldwide â weâve made it all the way to Japan! Welcome to new member Bobby Okinaka based in Kochi Prefecture, Shikoku, Japan. Bobby is on a mission to set up a microgrid in a remote mountain village in his area. The Task Force is at your service as you embark on this mission!
